Because this blend is undiluted, it’s best to use in a DIFFUSER or STEAM INHALATION.
DIRECT INHALATION: Add 1 drop to a tissue and hold it to your nose. Breathe deeply, avoiding direct skin contact. (My favorite method “on the go”)
DIFFUSE: Add 3- 5 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser, refresh often.
STEAM INHALATION: place just 1 drop in a bowl of steaming hot water. Lean over the bowl with a towel covering your head and shoulders. Close your eyes! Breathe deeply and relax.
BATH: Dilute 6 drops into either a carrier oil or bath salts, then add to a warm bath. Breathe Deeply.
