Cypress is most useful for its astringent properties. Cypress is most commonly used topically on the skin to reduce swelling and excess fluid. It works well for oily skin and sweaty feet. It helps relieve twitchy legs and leg cramping.

Liz Fulcher of the Aromatic Wisdom Institute has a great article about Cypress HERE.

Cypress provides emotional support during periods of grief and trauma. It eases our transition and helps us move on with our lives. It supports unconditional love, while providing clarity and perspective on difficult situations.

SAFETY: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Always dilute essential oils before applying to the skin and keep away from mucous membranes. If the oil is past it’s “use by” date or stored improperly, it may cause irritation and lose therapeutic value.
