German Chamomile is best used for its anti-iflammatory (for muscle and/or joint pain), analgesic (pain numbing), and cooling properties. It’s ideal in any acute pain situation where heat is present. Research also shows that it proves beneficial in reducing histamine-induced reactions. German Chamomile is also known to be skin healing and regenerative.
